Gold rate rises again; Gold worth Rs 59,000 In Chennai, the per 10-gram price of 22-carat gold rose by Rs 60 to Rs 7,375, while the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold rose by Rs 100 to Rs 8,160.
The prices of jewellery and pure gold have risen sharply in Chennai today (29.10. 2024). Today, the price of gold has increased by Rs 480 per sovereign.Â

The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold rose by Rs 480 to Rs 59,000. In Chennai, the price of ten grams of 22-carat gold is Rs. 30,460, while the price of 8 grams of 24-carat gold is Rs. 30,460.00.
Rise in silver prices:A kilo of silver is being sold at Rs.108,000 and a gram of silver is being sold at Rs.108.00.
